Krishi Vigyan Kendra Namsai under ICAR-RC for NEH region AP Centre Basar successfully organised awareness cum training programme in lekang circle of Namsai district at Krishnapur village farmers on 19.03.24 under the NICRA-TDC programme.
        Dr. Madhumita Sonowal Bora, SMS(Plant Protection), KVK Namsai spoke about the utility of Soil Health Card (SHC). She also explained about the procedure for collection of soil samples from agriculture/non-agriculture field. Also, demonstration on soil samples collection done with the help of Nang Nancy Munglang, SRF NICRA-TDC.
        A total of 65 farmers/farm women from krishnapur and waisali villages participates in the above mentioned programme and 50 numbers of soil sample collected from the villages.
